Metro News reporter Thandi Fletcher interviewed Chris Ricard, partner in the newest escape room business in Vancouver. SmartyPantz has five separate rooms to choose from, each of them dropping you into a different, immersive environment. Award winning set decorators, prop builders and special effects people were hired to make the rooms as authentic as possible, and the backstory and puzzles engaging. In addition, they have hired local actors as hosts, who are in costume and character to make this a very immersive and memorable experience. A great thing to do in Vancouver. SmartyPantz escape rooms is great for corporate team building events, for tourists looking for something quick and fun, students to take a break from their studies, stags and stagettes and for birthdays where the birthday person plays for free!
